6 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 t. mustard
1 T. chopped chives
1 t. lemon juice
dash of tarragon
paprika for color
Cook cabbage until just crunchy. Drain well. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and serve hot. Makes a great side dish! We had this at a church supper and it was fantastic.
